This law firm does not communicate after 1st payment. Before I signed the waiver they sent me all kinds of mail and email. However, after my first payment I never heard from them again ! I had to contact them to find out when my second payment was due. It was due in 2 to 3 days! They would have dropped me as a client and kept my original payment.I would have lost all my money and then back to square one in my court case. I left messages with no return calls! They are Shady and if I didn't take the time to continue call them over I would have lost $140. The customer representative could not be anymore rude. Acted like he was doing me a favor and not his job. I am not kidding when I say he yelled above what he needed too all because he could not find my account. His tone got worse when he could not spell last or 1st name. Then 3RD PARTY solved it...in maiden name. HE NEVER EVEN APOLOGIZED.HE JUST CONTINUED TO BE RUDE UNTIL I HUNG UP AND TOLD HIM I WILL NOT RETURN.. he acted like I was a problem not a client. Married years now but court case was maiden name ...how was I to know....they contacted me in married name!
