I used Michael Kuldiner to represent me on the purchase of a home through his Bucks County location. Michael was responsive from the first time that I contacted him on a Sunday afternoon. He had to deal with the seller’s attorney who was generally non-responsive wasting a great deal of time, yet, Michael never displayed any annoyance with the situation. There were many changes to the original purchase agreement and all were handled expeditiously. A few days prior to closing, Michael sent me reminders about the non-legal aspects of closing which I found very helpful. Thanks to Michael’s reminder to inspect the home as close to closing as possible, we found a problem and Michael negotiated a quick and equitable settlement so that closing moved forward on schedule. During the entire process, I was very anxious and asked a lot of questions. Michael answered all of my concerns and put me at ease. Not only were his legal services responsive and professional, his firm also handled our title insurance and settlement seamlessly. Everyone I dealt with at the firm was friendly, understanding and efficient. I would use them again without any question. Also, all of the fees were very reasonable.

What a pleasure dealing with everyone at this office!! I called about having a will constructed and from the secretary’s help to the lawyers wording everything I ask for in my will it was one of the easiest things I’ve ever done!! I was selling my townhouse in Philly. I did FSBO ( for sell by owner) and called several real estate lawyers in Philly to do AOS ( agreement of sale) but was not happy with their price, charging per hour, lack of proper response, etc. When I called Michael's office we hit the chord from the first discussion. I received clear instructions what are the steps , what his service covers, what is the rate for his service. It was a flat rate and I got 2 options. Over all Michael and his office did great job for me doing the AOS and attorney review. I am very happy with his service and am happy to recommend him for Philly and the area real estate sales.

Mike provided candid, professional advice on whether LLC was required for rental real estate. He also provided us a rental lease agreement, which was helpful.
