To Property Owners, My family and I own a couple of commercial properties in Philadelphia. Every few years or so, the city of Philadelphia decides to reevaluate the property value in turn raises the realestate tax through out the city. In the past I try to appeal the realestate tax on my own only to fail and even at one time had my realestate tax heighten.
