This attorney is the executor, responsible for making certain that the estate of one of my relatives is disbursed according to that person's wishes. My son was to have received a disbursement as of his 21st birthday. That date wasover 4 months ago. After numerous calls we finally received a response from Mr. Funk which seemed uneducated to say the least. We have faxed a letter from my son requesting the disbursement to the office at Mr Funk's request and have heard nothing since. I have personally called the office and left a message twice in the last three weeks. No one bothers to return a call. If you were trying to obtain funds that belonged to you or a family member and received no response, what would you be thinking?
