I have been using Spadea and Associates for over 8 years now to do my personal and company taxes, set up an LLC or two and most recently for general information and who to use for a 1031 exchange. He has a wealth of knowledge in tax law and real estate ventures and I would highly recommend him to anyone looing for a seasoned professional. Best of all if you time your tax return/meeting properly you can score a box of girl scout cookies and possibly a new pen on the house.

I had questions about dealing with financial issues once my mom passes. I have never had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Stuphin. She answered the phone when I called and took the time to answer all my questions and never mentioned charging me for her time. I will most definitely be contacting her for my will and estate planning. A professional person with a heart!

Mr. Spadea is great. Extremely knowledgeable and most of all patient. Literally sat for a few hours to simply listen, answer questions, and explain many difficult estate questions while showing the utmost compassion for the situation. I truly believe Mr. Spadea genuinely cares about each of his clients and their different unique situations. The aggressiveness he portrays to get the job done can't be matched! I'd highly recommend him and look forward to our next meeting.
