5 Stars is not enough for Attorney Weinstein. He was quick to respond and listened without judgement. You can tell that Marc cares deeply about his clients and always put my best interest at the forefront of all decision making. I would recommend him to anyone.

I engaged Marc E. Weinstein to assist with issues concerning employment law. Marc and his office staff were very professional and timely with information needed. My questions and inquires were met with exhaustive research to resolve all issues. Marc’s focus and knowledge on specific employment law helped guide me through agreements. I would use the services of Marc in the future and recommend Marc to potential clients.

Had a creditor take me to court for a bogus charge: i hired this law firm to handle it: the collection company withdrew the lawsuit and now i have a collection STILL ON MY CREDIT REPORT that will not go away because we didn’t go to court and win. So basically $700 later for just a dispute on my credit report that will stay there for 7 yrs. Should had made arrangements and pay the collector and at least get the collection removed of my credit report. Having a promise that they will represent me in the future if the creditor sues again is not satisfactory. Should counter sue , go to court and have the credit cleared as promised. Not just a dumb dispute… i can do that for free through Experian….. Not happy and will not use the service again. After hiring this company you need a miracle for someone to get back to you and they talk to you like you are stupid.
