Craig Milsten was amazing! I had nothing to worry about. The staff was friendly and helpful when I had questions or needed help! He won my case for me and it was beyond my expectations! I would recommend him and KBG highly!

KBG treats you like family! I wish I had hired them sooner. Attorney Brad Muller, Assistants Jackie and Addison took on a small accident with no major injuries. My insurance company nor the insurance company at fault offered any direction on how to navigate the accident. For 2 weeks the Insurance co's we'll call them "ALL '' client at fault refused to accept responsibility even though the police cited the driver and ticketed him as at fault. The accident  was caused by his excessive speed and loss of control which caused him to run into us as we were stopped at a stop sign. We were left stranded waiting in the rain for a neighbor to come and rescue us while our truck was towed away. My former lawyer in Maryland who was retired simply suggested I work it out with the Insurance Co "ALL" and wait. The first 2 weeks I made over 40 phone calls with no answers. Meanwhile, I managed to get my truck out of the towing yard to my preferred local body shop. While dealing with medical issues which I was paying out of pocket because I didn't know my insurance should have covered my medical expenses. I was out of work for two weeks without my work truck. Only to finally have a rental from the "ALL" insurance released to me at their rate. For 81 days I paid out of pocket for a rental truck while it took 3 months to get my truck repaired. By the end I had enough of the "ALL" telling me what they would and wouldn't cover even though I was not at fault. Lost time from work and clients waiting for me to get to their projects. Had more medical issues due to stress of the process. Just a complete waste of time. You would think it would be so simple. But that's the issue, they don't want it to be easy. Enough was enough I was tired of the Insurance Co bullying me. I simply wanted to be covered for lost wages, vehicle damage, medical bills and the rental. It was never about the money. I wanted someone who would fight for me. I began looking for a PA lawyer who could handle my claim. I did many searches, talked to friends and after reading the reviews went with KBG. The experience was easy. I spoke with someone about what had happened. Brad called me back to listen to my months of frustration and said YES we can help you. As I mentioned, my accident was more vehicle related with minor bodily injury. KBG Law Firm made it very easy. Brad offered to meet or we could do everything by email, snail mail and phone calls. They even made phone calls to "ALL" Since initially they refused to pay my full rental.  I was handling with "ALL" directly since this wasn't part of the KBG responsibility. "ALL" wanted proof why it took 3 months for my truck to be repaired. Meanwhile their insurance adjusters handled all of this with the body shop. Somehow this was now on me to provide documents and prove why it took so long waiting for parts due to supply chain issues. In the meantime I was out of pocket for over $3000 plus still paying insurance on my truck which was still at the bodyshop. KBG stepped in and made it happen. Above and Beyond on their level of customer service and going to bat for their clients. Truly a firm you can trust and will help you understand your rights! If you made it this far you know how much it meant to me to write my story so others won't make the mistakes I did trusting it will all work out.
