Very courtious, answred all my questions.

Paul Royer and Sarah were amazing with my son's case. Sarah was always helpful when we called with questions and concerns. Paul did an amazing job with my son's case. He met with us when we needed help. He also fought for my son in Court and for him we are very thankful to all he did and will be forever grateful to him for that. I would most definitely use him again if needed. Thank you Paul and Sarah for all your help

Paul went over and beyond for me during the course of the yr

My husband needed an attorney to represent him with a criminal case. First off we paid the retainer and I had to keep calling to get updates on the case. We were to have a phone interview and that never happened then we were scheduled for an actual appointment with the attorney and he canceled. So we show up at court and met briefly with the attorney before my husband had his plea. The attorney never talked with my husband until that date. I still do not really know what the attorney did except get him into a non DUI ARD program, which probably took an hour with the DA. I do not see where that was worth $2,000 retainer. I would have to say that Sara was great in answering all my questions. Although I am pleased with the outcome of the case, I was not pleased with the Law Firm. We were made to feel like second class citizens even though my husband is a decorated Marine!

I do not recommend this law office. I had a virtual appointment scheduled with them which they asked me to reschedule. I rescheduled as they requested and then they never showed up for the virtual appointment. I called to ask what had happened and they never followed up. Staff appear to be unreliable. Do no recommend

Didn't return my call

Very poor service,shuffled me around thru 4 attorneys,the 1 I hired got fired,,,overpaid them by accident on the intial retainer,,,on which the secretary lied,,, terrible law firm, STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM

Mark Buterbaugh was amazing. He went above and beyond any of my expectations. His paralegal Brittany Rice are a great team. Thank you for everything.
