My case was through the middle of covid so it may have effected things. My main complaint was the lack of communication from my attorney. I had to call him the day before all my court dates to dig up info. Also he was supposed to follow up with me after my final court date with some important info I needed but I never heard from him after court.

Charged me a consultation fee, only to tell me I didn't have a case. Mine you i spoke with their paralegal who took my information to vent me and said I had a case. More concerned about stealing money then helping.i guess they think because of covid they can fraud people out of money without providing services.

I was told since I was “guilty” that he would not represent me and that I’d have to get another attorney. What a joke. Not trustworthy, reliable or willing to help after they charge you an arm and a leg. Do not recommend.

Awesome law firm!

This is for Attorney John Scheideman in the Gettysburg office. Thanks to John I got my kids back immediately after an overzealous kidnapping attempt by CYS. John is personable, honest and a FIGHTER in court. He is a pricey but worth every penny.

Mooney and Associates has been extremely helpful from my first emergency appoitment with Attoney Swartz to my second appoitment with Attoney Royer. From my first appoitment with Attoney Royer. He has been involved in every court hearing and meetings. Parlegal Andrea has answer the phone in a ploite business fashion. I was never afraid to call if i had a question. I would recommend this firm to anyone. I have been very please and happy with the outcome so far.

I have used George’s services on two different times 1. For custody issue 2. When my kids were taken out of school without my knowledge and moved. George is one of the most compassionate, honest, and accommodating professionals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. It is absolute nightmare for one parent when another parent takes kids out of the school and moves away, I had contacted him for these issues and George’s knowledge and confidence put me to complete ease. Throughout the process, he was very dedicated. He was always available for any questions and/or concerns that I had. He is confident and stayed on top of our deadlines. He is also very knowledgeable in navigating complicacies of custody. I also noticed that had very smart and quick responses in the court room (compare to other attorneys). He will follow up to make sure I understood the meaning and definitions within legal documents after the case had closed. I would highly recommend his services to anyone that may be looking for an upstanding, confident and reliable attorney.
