I hired Attorney Marco Sylvania with Bononi & Company to represent me with a PFA filed against my husband by me. Mr. Sylvania represented me on my day in court, after that I spoke to him about retaining him for my divorce, which he told me he would send me over the necessary documents and I have still not heard back from him, I’ve also emailed him about my husband violating the PFA and it’s been a week and he has still never responded to me. He was definitely not worth the $1,000 retainer fee, as a victim of domestic violence I feel like I’m still being abused over and over by the attorneys and the justice system.
