Let me start by saying I have had the blessing to have Mr. Kalasnik represent me for over 13 years and he has won EVERY SINGLE CASE. My beginning was in 2008 in a bitter divorce and custody battle over my two little girls. I had moved to Florida and everyone told me there was no way a father was going to win custody of two little girls (5yrs and 8yrs) away from their mother, a life-long York County resident. Guess what? With Mr. Kalasnik's help I WON custody and the judge ordered my two little girls to move 1,000 miles south to live with me. However, little did I know the battle with my ex-wife was just starting. I, unfortunately went through a very bitter divorce and then I was falsely charged with numerous felonies brought by my ex-wife. Mr. Kalasnik represented me through: divorce, custody battles over years and years, appeals to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court (TWICE), false felony charges, and other false criminal charges. Mr. Kalasnik fought hard and professional every step along the way and we beat every one of those false charges brought by my ex-wife in her attempt to retain custody. In the end, after many many years, I still have custody of my girls in Florida, I am clear of all charges (and expunged), and am indebted to Mr. Kalasnik for all his hard efforts and diligence. Without Mr. Kalasnik I would be alone, in jail, and would have never seen my daughters grow up. Now my oldest daughter is in college and wants to be a Guardian-Ad-Litem Attorney so she too can fight for all the children out there with no voice. Trust me! Hire Mr. Kalasnik.

Retained Kalasnik’s services for an out of state custody case. Paid over 3k up front. Day of hearing, no Kalasnik. 2 weeks later, still no word from him or his office. He took the money and that was that. No representation, no help with the appeal I now need. Just an empty bank account.

Not a very nice man. Even made another lawyer cry at how rude and abrasive he was, degrading toward women. I'm sure some people like that when using the legal system to hurt someone, but not professional nor respectable in my book. To your response: No confusion here.
