John Mooney and his team spent the last 12 months representing me in a vicious and nasty divorce. Because of their efforts we finally triumphed over a stubborn, pig headed spouse. John and his team were always available to answer questions and settle my nerves. One week John had knee surgery but still managed to show up in court to defend me. His discomfort was obvious but his zeal to represent his clients was evident. This firm is my first choice should I ever need an attorney in the future.

The attorney that I've had the privilege to work with, available no matter which location I call, has been very prompt,professional, and reasonable. While I'm sure the qualities that one looks for in a attorney vary for each client, honesty was a priority for me. Not only in terms of fees, but regarding all aspects of my case, as I have no legal background and depended solely on this person. While my personal representative has been all I have requested him to be, the entire staff at each office I've visited has been the same. You are made to feel a priority here, it appears no matter how big or small your case.

The attorney I talked to about a guardianship case was really helpful. Took his time and answered all of our questions even though it was past closing time.

Worst representation I have ever had in my life. Call up to ask about a payment, get charged for it. Walk in to ask a question, they don't have a clue. Never again will I get ripped off this bad by a small law firm. Would...pick ZERO STARS, if that was an option!

I hired an attorney from Mooney and Associates and they were horrible. Right from the begining it was bad. The first phone call I made, it took a month to get a response. The attorney blamed it on her paralegal. After that it stayed the same. I probably call 20 times and sent a dozen emails over the course of 3 months and only got one return email. I was to meet my attorney at the courthouse (per her paralegal) and tried to call her over and over again so that I could find out what was going to happen in court and I never got a response. We showed up to court that day and the attorney went to the judges chambers and came back out and said the judge won't budge. That was it. I got no details on what was said. This attorney was horrible. I had to get Mooney involved also, but it didn't help much. I would never refer anyone to this attorney. She was horrible. I wish I would have asked around a little more before I hired her because word on the street is that she is horrible also. Please, Please, Please do your research on the attorneys at this law firm so you don't wind up have to shell out thousands of dollars like I did for a no good attorney!
