I found Mott and Gendron via the internet and were so impressed by the wonderful reviews left by other clients I chose them to represent me in going forward in my bankruptcy. It is now a pleasure to be writing one myself. It wasn't something I wanted to do, but didn't really have any other choice. From the very start they were very informative, kind, compassionate and professional. The entire staff was willing to answer any questions I had at any time. Their attention to the fine details of the process were a godsend especially when I had the meeting of creditors. Other clients through other attorneys were not as prepared, but I was because of Dorothy's constant instruction and information on what I needed to know and have available at the time. She was also right there to answer any questions I might not be able to. This Law firm is definitely one of the best and I highly recommend them to anyone having to file for bankruptcy. I worked with Beth Snyder a lot through out the process, she was very helpful and always answered any questions I had promptly. If I Could give Kara and her staff 10 or 20 stars, I would. The entire team went above and beyond before during and after my family filed bankruptcy. She explained the best option for each family member and continues to answer ongoing questions long after paperwork has been filed. I highly recommend this firm for your legal matters. The prices are extremely affordable and they made a scary and embarrassing situation extremely easy. They were understanding and did not look down on me for making bad financial decisions. They took time to comb through all the bill collectors and stop the calls and letters and advised I can still keep my home and car while going through bankruptcy. Kara and her team helped me get a new beginning and provided the tools and education to mark smarter choice’s financially. I made the mistake of waiting years to file because of my fears but I would refer Kara and her firm to everyone.
