This mother / daughter duo knows their stuff and handled my case with ease. All my questions were answered promptly and they truly care about their clients. My case was relatively simple, so my discharge order came only 3 months after filing. Would highly recommend.

I want to start by saying I highly recommend this office. I have never been to an office that upholds the professionalism time and time again especially in this day and age, people/businesses are getting very relaxed. I knew Mott & Gendron Law was the best because my mom used this office many many years ago and they are outstanding (I can't do anything but rave about this office) if you have questions at anytime of the day they will answer them of course during business hours but if you send an email they will answer you. The law office of Mott & Gendron have been phenomenon with handling our families bankruptcy. For 5 years +, attorney Mott and Gendron have been thorough with the bankruptcy process and have been so helpful and responsive with any of our questions or needs. Even their paralegal Beth has always been warm, welcoming, and efficient. The office shows a real interest in the people that they represent and it made the unfortunate process of going through a bankruptcy, so much more peaceful. Would highly recommend!

Scared for our financial future and unsure where to start we were referred to Ms Mott in 2016. From our consult to discharge we always received the utmost attention from Dorothy to her team. She took on the stressful situations as they came up even coming to our hearing so we knew what to expect. Any question we had over the last 4 years were answered and handled pretty much immediately AND by her personally. We were always able to speak with her direct. Convenient payment options because let’s face it, we are there because we can no longer afford to get back on track.
