Beyond Livid after learning that my recent true and correct review was deleted by Schmidt Kramer from Facebook, So much for Honesty, Integrity and Freedom Of Speech!!! I get VERY Upset every time I see the Schmidt Kramer commercial where Mr Schmidt says "I have never met a person who wants to go to trial!" This Is A Lie! When my daughter Jennifer was killed by a drunk driver in 2003, I specifically chose Schmidt Kramer because Mr Scott Cooper told me we will go to trial and get the truth made public, which is all that I wanted! After the criminal trial was over and I / we were preparing for civil trial, I was told by Scott Cooper we won't be going to trial because I'll never get the truth and I have no choice but to settle. I cried and begged to go to trial, I expressed it was all about Justice, the Truth, and Closure, not money! This was and still is beyond devastating! Mr Schmidt then told me he'd reduce my fee when I came in and signed the paperwork to settle, but this was before he knew I was "only paying 25%" plus additional fees, and of course he did not follow through and reduce the fee. Sadly my experience was horrible and I feel as if they said what I wanted and needed to hear to get my case!

Mr. Cooper was very informative and knowledgeable regarding my case. He thoroughly explained the process and answered all my questions in a prompt manner. He and his staff were very helpful and caring which was very comforting as this was not a process I was familiar with nor an event that was easy to talk about. Mr. Coopers calm and patient demeanor made it much easier for me to provide the details of what happened on the day of the accident. I would strongly recommend Mr. Cooper as he is an exceptional lawyer.
