I cannot thank Cory enough for all of his work on a case I was fighting. The case was very specific and he was the first attorney, out of many, to hear what I had to say and assure me that everything was going to be ok. We were Tenants in Common and needed to sell our house. There were differences between myself and the other owner concerning Equitable Distribution. Cory's expertise in advising and representing us was above outstanding and he solved the issue in a timely fashion. We were fortunate to find him to take our case, as we were new to the area. I highly recommend Cory and we would definitely use his services again.

Cory was exceptionally understanding and thoughtful during our legal matter that he was helping us through. He was always willing to listen to our concerns and patient regarding how to proceed with taking legal action on our family. Cory is excellent at explaining all the options and the why behind how things have to proceed legally. I would 100% recommend Cory to someone needing legal help.
We also appreciated the monthly account updates regarding where the financial aspect of things lie. I always felt financially in the loop because of frequent account updates.

I had purchased a property during auction and there were people leaving in there who refused to leave. Mr Leshner was able to get them evicted in a timely manner as per protocol. I called this practice regarding a civil suit I filed and was seeking legal advice and ultimately representation. Legal advice and the lack of confidence in winning my case was provided. His stance exuded to be preferential to the opposing side and bias to the circumstances of the case. Seeking someone impartial and could advocate on my behalf was very important to me. Those legal needs were not fulfilled. Wouldn’t recommend, I’d rather represent myself.

I own a small, lovely cottage in North East, PA. I airb&b to pay for expenses. The HOA decided that they didn’t want short term rentals , even though this tiny beach community was all about rentals. I contacted Attorney Lescher for help. He new the law, read the zoning laws for my cottage and wrote a powerful letter on not only my behalf , but 10 other cottage owners . Hire him, he answers he phone, responds immediately. I/ We recommend him !!!

I had an issue forming my LLC through a third party to start a Franchise. I reached out to Mr. Leshner and he explained all the steps and options I could take and informed me I was doing everything correctly which was very reassuring. He is awesome, very knowledgeable, personable, and timely! He gave me advice I would normally have to pay for. If I ever need his services I would reach out in a heartbeat! Thank you.
