Mr. Kergick started working on my case immediately from the moment that he was hired. He got me back pay from the employer in which I didnt know I was entitle to and he made sure all my medical visits were hassle free of any financial problems. He's very imformmative on the workers comp. laws of the state and is fair in letting me know what guidelines to follow. Mr. Kergick also worked to made sure that my weekly benefits were never stopped until the settlement was made. Im proud of my choice of choosing him as my attorney.

Awsome attorney! Dennis got me 2 times what other attorneys quoted me on my wirkers comp case, he was impressive with his level of knowledge and knew what was going to happen with the insurance company before i think they did, he knew who the people were at the insurance company and how they played ball so he's been around the block! Never did i have to wait more than an hour for a call back if not put through to him immediately. The whole entire law firm is top notch all the way from the receptionist Kate and everone else, i felt like i was family and was the only one on the planet they were representing by the way i felt " important". If you need a workers comp layer i dont think you'll find a better one or a better law firm that he works for (Schmidt Kramer). I also brought my disability claim to them as well!
