Tom was my attorney for a workers comp. case. He always explained everything to me in detail, was very prompt returning phone calls. He got me what I wanted when settling. I highly recommend Tom to anyone that is in search of a good lawyer!!

Tom was extremely successful in winning a Workers Compensation case which other attorneys said was unwinnable due to prior surgeries on my spine. I was represent by John Dougherty for my workman's comp case. John handled my case with all thoughts off my well being and made sure I am taken care of now and in the future with my medical needs. I hired this law office for a workers comp case and was represented by Jason Weinstock. It is the best decision I ever made! Jason took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. If I had concerns, he would address them immediately- most of the time while I was still on the phone with him. After we settled, Jason was still there to help me with any other issues that arose. Then I had to deal with my disability claim, which was denied. Jeff Schott helped me through that process. He was knowledgeable and also very relatable. I didn't think an attorney could cheer me up in my condition, but he did. My claim was approved by the judge in just a few minutes.
