Very knowledgeable and helpful! Highly recommended!!!

My wife and I rented a condo, and the owner decided to sell. Mr. Chernicoff was referred to us by a friend, and he was able to help us renegotiate our lease so that our condo owner paid for our moving costs. He was responsive to our e.mails and on target with his recommendations. We would definitely recommend Mr. Chernicoff and plan to utilize his firm for any other legal matters in the future. Sam

I would say that Cunningham, Chernicoff & Warshawsky. P.C. truly works for their clients. Ms Joie RehKamp was my lawyer through my divorce and she truly watched out for me. My life now is very comfortable thanks to her.

Terrible lawyer, go anywhere else. Poor record keeping, still never returned my case file.

Dont let Mr Chernicoff's past performance influence you to use his services now. He is way to busy to deal with your little problems. You will see him and talk to him ONE time and then if your lucky, maybe his secretary will respond to your call after 5 or more messages. You might get a few vague emails as well if youre lucky. My recommendation is to look elsewhere.
