After independantly applying for and being denied for social security disability, I consulted with the attorney and hired her for representation during the Appeal process. She was very professional, well educated about the requirements to proceed forward and more then prepared when time came to present the case. She had no problems communicating throughout the entire process (ex. Consultation, Footwork, Obtaining Records, Follow Up Appointments, Appeal Hearing, Follow Determination..). She went above and beyond. I couldn't have asked for better Legal Representation. The Appeal was determined to be found in my favor.

I tried a well-advertised SSD "TV Law Firm" and they signed me as a client and filed an appeal for me,  but didn't have a lawyer even GLANCE at my file until we waited two years and ODAR gave us a hearing date with the Judge.  I got a phone call from someone at "my TV law firm" that I won't name  (I hear the big ones are all about the same) and he said that a "senior attorney at their firm has reviewed my case and has decided not to take it", and asked me if there was "anything else that I needed help with".  What an empty offer.   Anyway, the TV guys left me in the cold just two months before my hearing.  I decided I had to go local in the Harrisburg area.  I tried "The eights", I tried "The sevens" and others.  They had me leave a copy of my file with reception and was lucky to even get a call or letter of refusal.  And THEN I called Shollenberger, Januzzi and Wolfe and spoke to Lawyer Olivia Bort, who asked me several questions about my case and had me come in right away with my paperwork.   I didn't know it was possible but Miss Bort helped me turn my shoebox full of paperwork into the slam dunk case that other firms expect to fall into their laps.  Olivia was very nice and had a demeanor that put me at ease, and she was incredible in court, winning the case with one critical question and a softly spoken "I have no further questions".  We knew we won as we left the building and complimented each other for our performances at the hearing.

I have known Bruce Warshawsky for 10+ years now. Luckily, I have never needed to use his services until just recently but I couldn't have been more pleased. I am currently an out-of-state resident (Florida) and had my license suspended down here from a fender-bender. My license is still registered in PA, so I contacted Bruce to see if he could help me out. He handled EVERYTHING within just a few days. All I needed to do was sign the DMV Release Forms and send them back. He even went to and from the DMV multiple times for me, just to follow up on how quickly they were reinstating the license and removing it from my record. Thanks Bruce.

I contacted this firm through the chat option on their website. I described my legal issue to the associate I was speaking with and provided my contact information. She assured me that someone would contact me. A week went by and no one contacted me. I then sent them an email telling them I was still waiting for someone to contact me. Another week went by, still no contact. Two weeks waiting. Naturally I went with a different firm.

My wife and I rented a condo, and the owner decided to sell. Mr. Chernicoff was referred to us by a friend, and he was able to help us renegotiate our lease so that our condo owner paid for our moving costs. While I have little experience with lawyers and legal affairs, I spoke with Ms. Bort and she was very helpful about the entire affair. I was enjoying a ride before work until someone wrongfully blocked my lane of travel before I had the chance to stop; while I sustained no life threatening injuries, I was in pain and out of work for one week with my bike being totaled as well. I contacted Ms. Bort and we talked about the facts, what happened, and what damages have been done etc. She drove an hour plus to meet me (free of charge) and explained what hiring her would entail. I agreed, and the entire situation on the legal side was completely stress free which is valuable in itself. I highly recommend Ms. Bort based on my interactions with her, the level professionalism she operates with, the stress-free operation of the scenario, and the positive outcome in the end.
