It never ceases to amaze me how soft Natalie is and kills them with kindness. That being said, she wins them all over. Shes irresistable. Everyone loves her and you can't blame them. Shes soft but strong and direct and knows her craft well. She has performed miracles and given me great advise. Natalie will always be my go-to. catch her if tou can, shes in high demand.

Natalie helped me dismiss a public intoxication charge that would have adversely affected me personally as well as professionally. Her rates were very reasonable.

I cannot say enough positive things about Natalie. She really listens to what you have to say, all of your concerns etc. and she always gets back to you in a timely manner with any questions, etc. My husband and I needed to hire a custody lawyer to help our daughter (who was going thru a custody battle with her ex-husband). I googled top 10 custody lawyers in the Harrisburg area and she came up as one of them. She was the first and only one I met with (I hired her right on the spot) as I knew right away we would be making the best decision ever by hiring Natalie. She of course then met with my daughter and my daughter called me immediately after her meeting and said "mom she is so awesome" I know she truly cares. And I said yes, I felt the same way. We had the utmost confidence in Natalie and it is just such a big weight off your shoulders when you know that for something like a custody battle that you have someone like her in your corner that is going to fight for you. And not just fight but genuinely show compassion as well. She isn't just doing it for a paycheck, but to help you. My daughter said during the entire custody hearing Natalie was professional and composed and anything the other lawyer and her ex-husband tried to rouse them with Natalie handled with her expertise in the law and in the best interest of her client. And when you are in a custody battle you want someone who will fight for you in the way she does, which is by caring, being so very smart and most of all with integrity. I know that she does more than custody as well and I believe no matter what you would hire her for she is the best. FYI my daughter won but she did in a way that was in the best interest of my granddaughter which is all my daughter wanted.

She was upfront and did exactly what she said she would which is rare for an attorney

During our very first meeting, Natalie gave me her word she would work hard to get me the best outcome possible, and she did. My case was completely withdrawn at the preliminary hearing and I never even had to step in front of a judge. The first attorney I contacted didn’t even meet with me. He told me there was nothing he could do, that my case would be sent to the Court of Common Pleas and he would charge me an arm and a leg for doing nothing. I got Counselor Burston’s information from the Public Defender’s office, where she used to work. I like that she uses her skills to help regular working folk like myself, and that she supports the idea of justice for all, not just the rich and powerful. Natalie’s professionalism was reassuring during an overwhelmingly stressful time. She worked within my budget, fought hard and got me a result I didn’t even think possible. With all the lawyers available, it felt like a complete crapshoot finding a good one. I really got lucky finding her. I hope I never need Natalie again, but if I do, she’ll be the first person I call.
