I contacted Scaring Law because I needed some advice about a car I had purchased through a well known Company in Hanover PA, The car was sold to me with a defect that could have caused serious damage to myself and those I Love ( GrandChildren ) not to mention others that were driving their own cars. The Advice that I received was very helpful and allowed me to settle without going to court. Thank You Scaring Law for your help and concern in my situation in my time of need. I was given a newer car and they took back the one with the defect to scrap or use for parts. I scheduled a consultation and met with Attorney Brian Caffrey. We reviewed my legal issues in depth and in great detail and provided very good advice. He asked lots of questions to confirm my needs, took notes and presented me with the very best solution. He ultimately referred me to another attorney in the Scaringi Law firm that was best suited to handle my specific needs. Everything has been working out great. They seem to be a real "Team" at Scaringi Law.

I was in dire need of quick assistance on some corporate matters. Scaringi and Scaringi dove right in and solved my problem immediately. HURRY AWAY FROM SCARINGI LAW and Erin Komada FIND A DIFFERENT LAW OFFICE with caring lawyers, my sister signed with Erin Komada and after agreeing on terms and knowing her situation they ripped her off wasting all retainer money on spending 30 mins reading emails and being charged for it $100 for reading an e mail that's just a part of how they exhausted her $2000 retainer on couple phone calls and emails and billed her another bill with $5000 after a week from her paying $2000, anyway there was no progress done after all of that for me to give them more money or to keep working with them, specially communication was the worst and have to wait couple days to have an email reply from them or to get a hold of them, I contacted the office and asked for involvement of firm owner/manager but he wasn't any better, I had to fire them, THEY ARE JUST A SHAME TO SUCH A SENSITIVE HONORABLE PROFESSION, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SAVE YOURSELF MONEY, TIME & ANY TROUBLE DEALING WITH THEM. PS after That I heard that they have a reputation from other lawyers for ripping people off and just taking their money as a retainer and then surprise them with a big bill after. What a shame!

the information they have advertised is not actually the case at all when you call them to schedule consultations or find out more information dont believe what you read.

They're over priced and want too much for retainers. Their secretary's can't get keep good notes and enter wrong information. Will never go back. Find another firm. I've decided to increase my star rating on this firm, simply because this was my first experience here and I should give them another chance. They have offered to help correct this and I really do appreciate the good jester. I believe the owner of this practice to be an honest, reliable person, and it's not fair to him as he can not control every situation.

We recommend The Hazen group in the highest terms possible. We had our will done. Mariele Hazen listened to our concerns and gave excellent advice. She is knowledgeable about laws regarding disabled minors and adults and setting up trust funds. Her work was excellent and reasonably priced. Her office staff are as pleasant and efficient as they can be. I feel very fortunate to have found this group to help us.
