As new business owners with no experience, we needed a firm that would walk us through the many legalities we now faced. Scaring Law did that and more at an affordable rate.

Our daughter earned a very competitive internship position in a health related field. The internship is required as a part of licensing in Pennsylvania. The program requires interns to be up-to-date on all vaccines along with titer blood tests proving acceptable antibody levels. Our daughter is currently employed by a hospital, which accepted her religious exemption to all vaccines. The internship director indicated that all intern requests for a religious exemption to vaccines must be approved by the organization's Legal Department and in her experience, she had not seen one approved. We immediately called Jeff Schott. There was not a lot of time to submit and obtain approval of her religious exemption as the program began in a few weeks. Jeff responded immediately and guided our daughter in formulating a clear, concise and thorough religious exemption. Jeff was responsive and attentive. He cares about getting his clients the best results. Despite the odds of knowing that this program has never accepted a prior exemption, our daughter's religious exemption was approved. Further, the internship director found placement in all of the required rotations (which includes different medical organizations). Our daughter began the internship program this week. We are grateful to Jeff for his assistance, guidance and attention to detail that made this possible!

My question for Marc was answered quickly and honestly. Some lawyers might string someone like me along in order to increase their fees. Not Marc. He was to the point and extremely helpful. I would recommend Mark highly to anyone.

I had issue with the initial appointment, but later I learned that it's due to technical issue with my phone. They had to reschedule my meeting but i never received the call to reschedule. The call was automatically forwarded to my work number and I never see it until now. I left an initial review criticizing how the schedule change was handled, but now I owe an apology to Marc's team. On Marc's credit, he called and tried to make it right, professionally. Again, his call got forwarded to my work number again and i didn't see it until today. On the issue that I needed help with, i got connected to Jeff S and he's been very helpful with my issue, even giving few pointers to try resolving my issues without his service first. Greatly appreciate Marc Scaringi and his team.

He callled me and unlike other lawyers who said nope can't help, this law firm is great and in he explained everything to me in detail and reclmended that I write a letter to the school district. Told me what to say and was very concernced even tho he was unable to do anything about the scholl doing what they did to my daughter. If I ever need a lawyer, I will be contacting this firm
