I'd highly recommend the services and expertise of Penwell Bowman + Curran. Matt (Curran) provided feedback and mentorship that went above and beyond what you'd expect from a "typical" lawyer. There's nothing easy about starting a company, but doing it with Penwell Bowman + Curran almost makes it feel that way. You are in very good hands with these guys.

Matt Curran handled a name change, DBA and address change with the State as well as the IRS. Everything was easy, took only about 5 minutes of my time, and completed documents were sent to me by email for my records. Great service and great customer service.

These guys made creating my limited liability company extremely painless. Brandt was extremely responsive via both email and phone, at no point did I feel like I was "in the dark". I've worked with lawyers in the past that that were more or less hostile for whatever reason. This firm is not that type of place. These guys aren't looking to big league you; they're genuinely helpful and seem to be passionate about what they do. If you're in New Cumberland or a surrounding area I'd recommend giving them a shot.
