My attorney from McShane Firm was Corey Fahnestock. I was very pleased with Mr. Fahnestock's professional handling of my case. Talking to him for a few mins I knew right away I was in capable hands for my hearing. Really did a fantastic job, I can't stress that enough. If you looking for an top rated lawyer to win your case. I would go with Tim Burroak and Cathi leigh. I was fighting a 3rd dui with highest bac, facing a min of a year in prison. Tim fought in trial for me like his rights and liberty was on the line. After 4 years of court dates. Tim has gotten me an Not guilty on all charges. Attorney Fahnestock was absolutely amazing! On such short notice he took my case. I was facing some serious charges and he reassured me that I was going to be ok. I can’t say enough about the McShane firm and my lawyer Tim Barrouk, before my court date on a dui I was charged with 2 more dui’s , I found out that a prior DWAI in NY ( considered a moving violation in ny) counted as a prior dui for PA so I was facing a third and fourth and looking at some heavy jail time and fines .upon explaining my situation with my local dui attorney he said I was in big trouble and my only hope was to call the McShane firm. Through expert questioning and hiring an expert witness at a suppression hearing my lawyer pulled out of the officer that his intention was to arrest me as soon as he smelled alcohol. The suppression was granted.the prosecution, with lack of evidence , offered a carless driving charge to drop the case there and then . I excepted. One down. The next case ,now still a third DUI , was a high BAC although the tape showed me acting in a way inconsistent with that level of intoxication. We hired an expert in this field and he made a report questioning the validity of that BAC level . I was looking at 1-5 years thousands in fines gun rights gone, Tim told me I had a good chance of winning but warned I also could face steep jail time should I loose .he listened to me ,cared about what I thought. At the last day before picking jurors through Tim’s ,again, expert negotiations I was offered 10 days in jail and minimum fines and minimum probation.I excepted,and didn’t have to fear the one year minimum should I have been convicted. I think Tim Barrouk was I little upset he didn’t get to argue that case , and I believe he would have won ,but I didn’t want to take the chance ,he had done enough for me ,he had given me my life back.... priceless!
