Would highly recommend.

$4500.00 is an awful lot of money to pay a lawyer to do absolutely nothing but screw up my case. Dishonest, unethical and non-communicative once they have your money. The five star reviews are fake. RUN from these shyster lawyers. Update: 2/7/24 - Apparently frustrated at their unsuccessful effort to have a negative review removed, the McShane firm has sent a bill for a false "unpaid balance" of $3000.00 and an additional $600.00 for their legal fees in preparing the false bill. It's actually kind of funny because I don't think they did $600.00 of work on my entire case. I stand behind my review. The first McShane lawyer showed up at a hearing, never introduced himself to me, and then left the courthouse without speaking to me while I "waited in the hallway". I still don't know his name. I hadn't heard from the second McShane lawyer in so long that I sent him an email to find out what was up w/my case and, literally, had to Google him to find out he quit his job to run for magisterial court judge in Podunk. The third lawyer, The McShane Firm's "vice president of personnel" (lol) Katherine McShane, knew as little about my case as she does about managing personnel, apparently, and then broke the contract and quit when she realized she might actually have to work. But the second lawyer never got permission from the court to withdraw so, in the eyes of the court, I am still "represented" by the McShane Firm. Maybe that's why they want more money? "Ghost representation". If they had put as much time and effort into my legal matter as they have spent harrassing me since then, it would have been over by now.

Katy and Andrea were very professional and helpful. Attorney Katherine McShane did a great job filling in after 2 other attorneys on my case left the firm. Thanks to all for a great resolution to my case.

I have use the mcshane firm for both of my cases and they always came out on top a win. Ms Amanda was my lawyer and she kept me inform through the whole process she kept fighting to get the best outcome for me in my cases. I believe in the mcshane firm thank you again ms Amanda
