This is the second time I have had to utilize attorney Jason Jefferis. I can say that Jason and his paralegal Jen are professional, courteous and honest. I had some very serious charges I was facing and Jason was not shy to give me the harsh truth about what could’ve transpired. Jason fought hard for me and had my charges dismissed with his expertise in the courtroom. I am beyond thankful to Jason, Jen and firm. I have belief in the judicial system again because of Attorney Jason Jefferis.

The McShane firm is representing my boyfriend. I have found all of their interactions with him and the family to be very professional and responsive. They have answered all of our questions, which have been a lot with COVID affecting everything. They also answered many questions regarding cheer and travel for our daughter, so they have been helpful in keeping our lives as smooth as possible. Amanda M. Jones was great during the initial call and got us in touch with an attorney that my boyfriend really respects and believes in.

The McShane firm is representing me in my upcoming case. I really respect and trust my attorney Tom. Amanda M. Jones took my initial call, she was really awesome and listened to all of my concerns, I wish she was my paralegal. But she did hook me up with Tom, who was very professional but also affordable, especially great during this pandemic mess. They are working with me very closely regarding my case and my calls and questions are always answered. I have not had a lot of experience with working with attorneys and I hope not to have to need them again, but if I did; I would definitely turn to the McShane Firm again.

During stressful times when you need representation, it’s important to have a firm that will fight for your best possible outcome. McShane Firm is top notch in Central Pennsylvania ! I referred a dear friend who was being charged with 3 DUI's and Jason Jefferis represented her and he was able to work some magic and got it knocked down to 2 DUI's and what would have been a mandatory 1 yr prison sentence ended up being 6 months of house arrest. I truly wish I had gone with this firm when I needed representation.
