I came to Handler Henning and Rosenberg for my disability case. Mr Robert Spayde and his assistant Shondel Delaney were very helpful when I was asking questions. They helped me through the process and guided me all the way. I would recommend them to anyone. They are very knowledgeable and their customer service is phenomenal... Will go back again if need be

My lawyer was Jeffery Watson.. my trucking accident left me injured and out of work .. I was left on the side of the rode after a school bus hit my truck on the side of the highway.. Mr. Watson an his team of lawyer put together a deal with me an my father's insurance company that's been life changing.. I personally can't thank him enough for the time he spent , the at fault party's he went after.. he left no stone uncovered an was able to give me an my family a much bright future.. After reading most of the positive reviews I see most were left by people in car accidents. I can't describe the anger I carry with me to this day along with the physical pain and discomfort over my entire situation. I don't feel as if my lawyer really cared much about my situation if I can be honest. The entire time I mentioned to worker's comp doctor's about my pain and symptoms they got ignored. Not once did my lawyer listen either or refer me to any back specialist. I spoke to another lawyer after the fact and he said that's the first thing he would have done was send me to a back specialist. The lawyer in Philadelphia knew exactly who the second opinion doctor was which I was sent to see by worker's comp and had nothing good to say about the second opinion doctor which makes me wonder why I was left for worker's comp to have their way with me. I got told my issue would resolve and heal itself which turned out to be a lie because to this vary day I'm still experiencing issues and discomfort with my back, hip, and foot. Been difficult finding work that suits me and being a truck driver it's almost unbearable sitting in a seat that long without my foot going numb and my back or hip bothering me. I asked several times about why my foot goes numb while seeing doctors and was it possibly neuropathy and I got told no without anyone ever looking into it or doing any testing for it. Never had any previous back injury prior to the one I called HHR for nor did I have any of those symptoms yet nothing was ever looked into and I have pain and discomfort everyday still. Also I felt forced to take the settlement that I received. Never got to have a mediation because the half a dozen times we were supposed to have one it got canceled minute's before which led to my lawyer making negotiations then calling me and telling me the first offer was the top offer. Thought the point of a mediation is to negotiate not scare me into accepting something i wasn't comfortable with. I had a career where I made over 100k and when I told my lawyer the offer was low considering I could be at this company another five years or more his exact words were I don't what to tell ya, you make alot of money and worker's comp will never match what you make. How does that become my problem that I made alot of money? Also it was a little distasteful that my lawyer was buddy buddy with the same people that weren't giving me proper medical treatment and trying to cut my money off every week and they were having a good chat about things outside of work and outside of the case. I walked away from all this with no answers for my future career wise, not nearly enough in settlement for what I lost, plus pain and discomfort still and it's making my current job almost unbearable. I'd really like answers for some of these things like why I'm still in pain and discomfort and why it was never resolved. somebody dropped the ball and I shouldn't be in the situation I'm currently in trying to figure it out myself nor have to live the rest of my life like this. My complaints on my medical files from when this injury occurred are the same today as they were then. My back, hip, and foot. I went without answers too long and it's been eating at me and it's time to finally say something.
