I started working with the McShane Firm in 2021 after a marijuana related DUI and blood test refusal arrest, I was absolutely terrified as to how this was going to impact my life and career. Fortunately for me Amanda Jones had the expertise and knowledge that I needed to prove my innocence and ultimately have the DUI charge dismissed, as well as successfully appeal the license suspension for the refusal. I pray nobody else has to go through what the state of Pennsylvania has put me through, however if you are in a similar situation and are in need of a lawyer that will truly stand in your corner and fight the good fight; Amanda Jones is worth every dime.

From the very first time I spoke with Amanda, she has been upfront with me whether it was good or bad. She never tried to sugar coat anything. Her realness is over the top! Not only is she a sweet person, she does a great job when it comes to her work . I have never had to second guess any decision that was ever made as far as her professional opinion(s). What stuck out most about Amanda was her drive. She is NOT afraid to go head on!! Being a lawyer, a female lawyer at that, she does one hell of a job! I do not know much about the law, why I am not a lawyer. But I had asked for a brief consult with Amanda and she was able to provide excellent knowledge on my options and when I choose to move forward I will likely choose her or her firm for proper assistance.
