I would recommend Calhoon & Kaminsky to everyone! But mostly, I can't say enough good things about Eric Lamprey, he is the best! When I first called and spoke with him I was unsure if I even needed a lawyer. He told me what things to watch for and if those things started to happen to call him back. There was no pressure from them. I could not have done alone what he did for me! He and his team handled everything, all the paperwork and phone calls, they made the process easy. They kept me informed regularly. I am very happy with the outcome of my case. Just make the call! I was injured on the job and my employer didnt want to pay me for my injury. For months they were giving me the run around and cold shoulder. My husband sustained a low back injured at work and we tried to manage his claim ourselves. It got to a point where we needed help. Normally you meet your attorney in person and see them throughout the handling of your lawsuit; unfortunately we were not able to ever meet face to face, but this didn’t cause any issues and he still handled our case in an incredibly professional and timely manner. My husband was out out of work in January 2020 and in March 2020 we needed Matt’s help; at this time we also found out we were expecting our first child. We discussed our options and we wanted to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Matt went to work. He was always available to answer our questions.
