Bryan DePowell is probably the best all-around attorney I ever had to to call on to defend me when I had a legal problem. I was facing my 2nd DUI, and close to being forced to go trial a second time for the same offense. He was put in the difficult situation of trying to patch up a case some other, less effective lawyer started. It was a very strange situation but Bryan stepped up to the plate and was able to get the other side to negotiate a lesser charge at the last minute. It was all a chess game but I don't think they wanted to face him in a courtroom. Bryan is very straight forward, always available to talk when needed, really knows his stuff, and is just a great guy. I trust him to always give me the best advice and FIGHT for my rights.

10 months ago our entire family was devastated, My son was charged with attempted homicide and aggravated assault and was possibly facing 20-40 years in prison.
