Anytime you call if their not available for some reason with in no time you’re receiving a call from them.

My husband sustained a low back injured at work and we tried to manage his claim ourselves. It got to a point where we needed help. A co-worker of mine suggested this law firm and specifically Matt Kaminsky. We were brought on as a client of Matt’s at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. Normally you meet your attorney in person and see them throughout the handling of your lawsuit; unfortunately we were not able to ever meet face to face, but this didn’t cause any issues and he still handled our case in an incredibly professional and timely manner. My husband was out out of work in January 2020 and in March 2020 we needed Matt’s help; at this time we also found out we were expecting our first child. We discussed our options and we wanted to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Matt went to work. He was always available to answer our questions. He always made sure we understood what was going on and our options during the entire process. He took so much stress and anxiety off our shoulders and we were able to put all of our faith and worry onto him. We never questioned how he approached our handled our file and we were so pleased with the outcome. If you are looking for an attorney to represent you, Matt is someone who genuinely cares. I can say so many positive things about him and we are so thankful for everything he was able to do for our family.
