Gerald was the BEST lawyer I ever used. I had a very unhappy experience with an accident lawyer previously. That made me leary of getting another. My experience with Gerald was the complete opposite! He was amazing! He answered the phone almost every time I called and if he wasn't available to take my call he always called me back within an hour. He kept me informed every step of the way. Most importantly he LISTENED to how I felt and fought to get me what I deserve. I can't recommend him enough.

I was in a pretty bad head on collision, that wasn’t my fault. I called them a couple days after my accident and they immediately jumped on it. If it wasn’t for Matthew, Shelly, and anyone else that has helped me it would of been a nightmare trying to figure everything out. They make the process of everything a lot smoother and we’re very professional and explained any questions that I had. I was also able to get the max settlement from the at fault drivers insurance company, which I was very pleased with. I would recommend them 100% to anyone that is in a accident.

I used them for a car accident that wasn't my fault. They waited the 2 full years. I put myself into retirement because of the pain. Doing that made my pain level go down. Then covid hit. So my lawyer said cases like mine were put on back burner. What he didn't realize was every time we talked I took notes. He told me the same thing for 1 month then settled low!
After all settled, I knew I should have gone to a different lawyer.
