I was facing a 2nd offense 3rd tier dui with an accident involved. I was facing 90 days in jail and the risk of losing my job and my military career. Attorney Cohen put in the hard work and got me a 1st tier dui deal with a 300 dollar fine and some probabtion, which allowed me to keep my job and continue my career. I highly recommend Attorney Cohen to anyone.

Attorney Cohen promptly returned my initial phone call and demonstrated a strong understanding of the legal issue facing me. He provided me with great initial advise to help my immediate situation, as I was facing very serious charges and I had no idea what to do. After I retained his services, he provided me with a clear understanding of the legal process and the possible outcomes. He was able to get my charges reduced at our first court appearance. He promptly returned all of my calls or emails and kept me abreast of every step of the process. He did an excellent job presenting my case in court, which resulted in a favorable outcome.

My husband was charged with aggravated assault, in addition to several other charges. Attorney Cohen was completely honest with me about what the outcome could be, what my husband was facing, and the amount it would cost throughout the entire court process. He responded to every phone call, at times I felt that I was bothering him, but he made it clear that it wasn't a bother, and he was happy to answer any question. He responded in a timely matter, and was much more respectful than I ever expected from an attorney. He knew what he was talking about, and the outcome ended up being much better than he let me think it would be. I appreciated the fact that he didn't make promises, except to do the best he could possibly do. He was in constant contact with my husband and I , and always kept us informed on the progress that was being made, and at some times, the lack of progress. He was aggressive, but not arrogant, which I think was a major factor in his ability to get a favorable outcome. The outcome was that he got all the charges thrown out. Felonies, M1s, and M2s were the initial charges, The final charge was a single M3!!! We are so please with his work. He got my husband down from facing what I believe was 7 and a half to 15 years, to 12 months probation. I'm not totally sure how the point system works for refels and state parole, but I know that my husband has the highest points and could have done major time for that reason alone, had he been convicted on all his original charges. I would not only recommend Attorney Cohen to anyone seeking counsel, but I would definitely use him again, should he need an attorney in the future. PS... The price was much cheaper than other attorneys, any they didn't even have the same reputation.

Mr. Cohen recently represented me in a case and I was so nervous before. He took the time to explain to me everything I should expect to happen on the day of court and really took time to get to know who I was outside of this case. It was good to know he was on my side because on the day of court Mr. Cohen was able to negotiate to have the charges withdrawn. I am absolutely satisfied with Mr. Cohen's skills and heaven forbid I ever need a lawyer again I will contact his office first.
