Hank Forrest is a phenomenal attorney! He was a Godsend during my first home purchase, and continues to advise my husband and I on real-estate issues related to our rental property. Prior to the birth of our daughter in 2014, he guided us through the process of setting up new wills and promptly updated our records when she made her arrival. Several years back, Hank navigated my cousin through the settlement of a very complicated estate and since then we have referred other family members to him. Most recently, Hank was instrumental in collecting funds that were due to us from the cable company. Hank was a GREAT, especially on short notice, to represent at a unemployment compensation hearing. He had the legal expertise and professional demeanor, so greatly needed, when it comes to one person against a company's lawyer. I came to court with a whooping 4 citations I was supposed to pay close t a $1000 in fees and have my license suspended for at least a yeAr possibly revoked. Hank told me this and said watch I'm going to work some magic. He talked to the da gave me a reassuring sign. To my surprise my case was called first the judge let me keep my license no suspensions and about $800 worth of legal fees were dismissed as well hank was smart personable and well worth the price he charged to represent me. If you need to go to traffic court he is your man you would be a fool to trust anyone else.
