I am so glad I found the Giaramita Law Offices. For many years I lived in shame because of the things I did in my youth. Those things barred me from owning or carrying a firearm for home protection and self protection. By accident I found Giaramita Law Offices on the web. That evening I had a nice conversation with Michael and after reviewing my case he took it on. Mine was a little complicated and took some time . But the whole time we were in constant communication. I'm the type of person that researches for a week to buy a stick of gum. I looked at several attorneys in this space. The only one I immediately felt comfortable with was Mike Giaramita. From the Articles, Reviews and Videos, I gathered enough evidence to make the decision to send an email briefly outlining my situation. For a VERY reasonable fee, I believe they went above and beyond, spending more time and effort on my case then the fee warranted. I am EXTREAMLY pleased with the outcome of my case. Went to apply for my LTCF and was denied and didn’t know why, contacted Giaramita law offices and they found out I had an outstanding warrant from 11 years prior that was never served that I didn’t know about. They walked me through everything I needed to do, got the warrant lifted and appealed the denial, by the next month I had my reversal letter and walked out with my LTCF. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome and all thanks to this firm for all the help! Great people, would highly recommend to anyone going through the same issue of LTCF denials!

After 17 years, he got my gun rights restored! Though not an overnight process it was quick and painless. He looks at every detail of your case and was so prepared that there was no question that the rights should be restored. I had paid a different lawyer years ago who took my money just to tell me it’s not possible. I wish I would have found Attorney Giaramita years ago!

When I applied for my concealed carry permit in PA I was denied. I contacted Giaramita Law Offices and within hours Mike had contacted me.
