I was denied a firearm and conceal weapons license renewal because of mistaken identity. I submitted all of my docs to PICS proving I wasn't the same person they were confusing me with. This caused my information to get mixed in with that person. I looked up 2nd amendment rights attorney and came across Giaramita Law Offices. The outcome: my denial was overturned in about a week. Mike was very insightful and informative of my situation. The consultation was free and although I opted to not retain the services due no fault of the firm he still went above and beyond to be helpful.
