Mike Giaramita assisted me in clearing up an unwarranted denial on an application for a PA license to carry firearms. From my first interaction with Mr. Giaramita, I was immediately impressed with his proficient knowledge of both PA gun law as well as federal gun law. He extemporaneously walked me through the steps that he could take to resolve the issue that I was dealing with. In the end, the outcome turned out exactly as he said that it would. The resolution came expeditiously and at a very reasonable cost. Based on my past experiences, most attorney's would have charged a higher fee and would have spent a good amount of time trying to figure out how to handle my situation. I don't have the words to adequately convey how grateful I am to have chosen Mike as the lawyer to represent my case. I have been working with Giaramita Law Offices for over 2 years, because my case was so complicated. I relocated to Pennsylvania from California and had a felony conviction in CA from 1978, and lost my rights to possess a firearm. I was fortunate enough to get a Governor's Pardon from California in 2018, that restored my gun rights, but found that the justice system in PA refused to honor it and denied my rights to possess a firearm. Mike ended up having to deal with the system here in PA, as well as communicating with a lawyer in CA who dealt with the justice system there. As a result, it was very time consuming, going back and forth and extremely frustrating on my part. After a lot of time and energy, Mike was able to finally get PA to recognize my pardon and restored my rights to gun ownership after 46 years! You can imagine my elation after finally achieving this goal.

I met Michael back in the summer of 2016 at a US Law Shield seminar. We hit it off right away and I learned that his dad and I played for the same football coach in high school. I learned quickly that Michael was devoted to his profession and doing what's best for his clients. I could see that he has a strong presence about himself and is extremely capable of presenting his case with authority and knowledge of the law. I recently moved to Pennsylvania and applied for a CCW permit. I was denied a CCW permit over a failed PIC check. This was back on November 1, 2022. I contacted Michael and he went to work immediately to correct my issue with the Pennsylvania State Police. Due to the holidays and PSP's backlog, my CCW permit was delayed for a while but I received my CCW permit on February 1, all things being equal, I consider this process to have been completed quickly because of Michael's hard work.. I'm not a person who usually gives recommendations but I can honestly recommend Michael to anyone without any hesitation for a honest, trustworthy and sincere representation.
