Working with Mike was amazing. Definitely the best experience I have had with a lawyer, I highly recommend him for anything gun related!

I had my NJ record expunged and applied for my concealed carry permit thinking all would be okay. I was denied due to a hold on me from 1987 in Florida pertaining to a case in NJ. I contacted Mike and within no time he was able to clear everything up and I now have my concealed carry permit.Very straight forward about everything and always let me know exactly where things stood with my case. Highly recommend.

Peace of mind is an understatement when it came to working with Mr. Giaramita. I initially found Mr. Giaramita online when looking to seal my record. Per his recommendation, I decided to avoid that step and, based on my situation, go straight for a full expungement. Not long after, we were fully successful and I (seriously) could not be happier!! I consider Mr. Giaramita a friend for life and I know that if I ever have an issue, I have an advocate who will defend me. Also, attend his seminars and read his book if you get the chance! I consider this highly valuable information that could otherwise takes years to compile in searching online. Best of luck to anyone currently searching for an advocate for their situation - in my opinion, you need not search further.
