This man took every penny my niece had, then stopped taking her calls. He sent another attorney to her court date, and did everything opposite of her best interest. It has been 6 months and he never bothered to file her custody papers or set up visitation and his demeanor in texts is extremely degrading to her. The poor girl was completely scammed by this guy. She would have been better off with no one.

He was court appointed and has not communicated. My son has been incarcerated for over 8 months and his case keeps getting continued and there is no one to talk to. I think he has too much on his plate and my son has to suffer.

that's why I was willing to listen to me and I judge me right away on my best even though I was just a child for my passwords this is Nicole pennies daughter and now it comes up as Penny but his lawyer willing to look into how long I've been being good and he did his research I definitely would refer him from Nicole Weyandt

I hired Kristen on for a 2nd DUI case which led to two mandatory 90 day sentences. She was professional and on top of everything. At the end of the day she got me 90 days house arrest which is not common for 2nd offenses.. Very pleased. Highly reccomend

I hired her for my daughter and I tried to reach her via phone and letter regarding my daughters case and never got a response back. I fired her before my daughter went to her court hearing. No communication from your attorney before your hearing is not professional. She wasn't very professional at the initial consultation. I do NOT recommend.

She showed up to court late dressed very unprofessional in what looked like dirty wrinkled clothes. She did not remember anything about my case and did not file a single motion that she said she would. I've heard stories about how her personal life interferes with her profession and it showed at my hearing. WORST EXPEREINCE EVER with an attorney. I do not recommend her at all. Don't waste your money.
