had an accident, lawyer did not do anything, no work at all. every time we went to the office we were dealing with the front desk girl. never even saw the actual attorney. all of the issues that had with insurance company (investigations, claims on hold) I had to resolve on my own. about 4 month after the accident changed lawyers. now she's keeps sending letters and threats to our new lawyer requesting percentage from his settlement. really bad service, poor excuse for the lawyer. she showed no interest in our case (and as I heard in other cases as well).
