Paid $2500 retainer, gave him very personal information, and he's done nothing for me for months. When I ended his service and asked for the return of the retainer, he stalled and for months has not returned my money. I am filing complaints with the PA Attorney General, PA Bar Assoc., and other governmental services.

Alex Moretsky is the nicest and most professional and understanding attorney I have ever dealt with. He has gone above and beyond the norm in assisting me with my legal matters. He is quick to respond and always keeps me informed.

I have been working with Alex for about 3 years now. He is very thorough and diligent. He has worked out a few deals for me on separate occasion and is always available. That is important. He gets tough when he needs to. He is also human. He has a great personality and we’ve even had a few laughs. I have often said to him we could be friends. That’s a good feeling. Unlike a lot of stuffy attorneys who get tired of the work they may like to call monotonous, but is always important to the client.

We worked in numerous occasions with Mr Moretsky, he represented our real estate development company in several legal occasion. For our most recent case we filed a motion for specific actions as the seller of a property withdraw out of a sales agreement for being greedy and asking for more and more money. In the end we got our case through in reasonable time and it was extremely worth to have the advise and profesional back up by Mr Moretsky.

I found Alex to be extremely helpful and confident with the bankruptcy. His calm and polite way was comforting. He was willing to spend as much time as needed for us to understand this situation. Alex gave great guidance to us. I would consider him to be a superior professional.

I gave Mr Moretsky a $1500 retainer; he filed a judgement in PA and wrote a couple letters for me. That's it... I called and emailed him numerous times and he won't reply to either! I want a final statement of my account and a refund of what is remaining on my retainer. This has been going on for about six months. His associate answers the phone phone once in a while, and promises that Mr Moretsky will get back to me, but of course, he never does. I hired him to help me collect on a judgement I won in New Jersey. He promised he would do everything he could to help me, and now I feel like he has taken advantage of me. I find his behavior be highly unprofessional.
