My mother and father were in a car accident. My mother survived, at the very first meeting they were compassionate and caring. They took into account that she needed their assistance with matters that she was not familiar with. They answered every question we had promptly and professionally. It didn't matter how many times were needed to contact them someone was always there to assist.

I was hit by an uninsured driver and had to be cut out of my Jeep. My life was literally turned upside down and hasn’t been the same since. Through all of the chaos and craziness Marcus and Mack helped me and my family. I am blessed to have walked away from that accident and also blessed to have had help from Marcus and Mack.
