Marcus and Mack very professional in all aspects of their firm and wouldn’t trust anyone but them to handle and injury claims. They handled few claims for me and was very fast to get things settled quickly, and made my claim dress and worry free, everyone from receptionist to Sharon to attorneys great people and professional, courteous and always only a phone call away , returned calls promptly if they didn’t answer on initial call. Do yourself a favor their tv ads are legit and don’t call anyone else in your time of need

I was hesitant to seek legal assistance regarding a settlement offer from a MVA, but I’m glad we did. We were referred to Marcus & Mack and the partnership was a great fit for us. Process was effortless after initial contact. Once determined if you have a case, the attorney and paralegal take care of everything during. They check in periodically for updates on appts and condition of health relating to the accident. They explore all avenues of restitution. While I had no requirement of a court hearing, 99% was able to be electronic with 1% mail. The ending process was finalized quickly. Would definitely call again if a need arises.
