Great attorney

This review is late but anyone who has the chance to be associated with Chris.... I promise you won’t be disappointed.... wish I would have hired him before my fist attorney who helped me in losing my daughters and a very bitter divorce that was not going to go away until I hired this amazing attorney...I’m sure he will be an amazing judge now!!!

Chris Welch is my recommended lawyer for anyone in need of legal counsel. In my experience with Chris, he held himself to the highest of standards and professionalism in all regards. He was able to answer all of my questions, as well as my mother's questions when he met with us. He calmed our nerves as this was the first time we had ever needed a lawyer. Lawyers​ are careing and helpful

I switched attorneys and hired Chris Welch half way through my custody and divorce proceedings. Some people told me switching attorneys mid way through my case could be detrimental but that was not the case at all. After my first consultation with Chris I knew I had found the perfect attorney to represent me. He was very straight forward and confident. He told me it would be a difficult case but he would put forth 100%. I valued this statement because it showed his integrity, he never made me false promises. Chris picked up the pieces half way through my case and dedicated many, many hours navigating me through my very difficult custody case. He is very passionate about helping his clients and about what is in the best interests of the children. Every appointment I had with him he asked how the children were doing and how they were handling things. He listened to my concerns and ALWAYS worked towards the best interests of the children. He kept me informed of everything that was going on and always had time to answer any of the questions I had in a very timely manner. Not only is Chris an excellent attorney, the whole staff at Budash and Welch is amazing. You are not just another case there, they put forth 100% effort representing you. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Their legal secretary Dawn is absolutely wonderful. She keeps you updated with all necessary paper work and responds very quickly to arranging appointments. Even though my custody/divorce case is done, I will always use Attorney Welch for any future needs.
