This review is late but anyone who has the chance to be associated with Chris.... I promise you won’t be disappointed.... wish I would have hired him before my fist attorney who helped me in losing my daughters and a very bitter divorce that was not going to go away until I hired this amazing attorney...I’m sure he will be an amazing judge now!!!

I switched attorneys and hired Chris Welch half way through my custody and divorce proceedings. Some people told me switching attorneys mid way through my case could be detrimental but that was not the case at all. After my first consultation with Chris I knew I had found the perfect attorney to represent me. He was very straight forward and confident. He told me it would be a difficult case but he would put forth 100%. I valued this statement because it showed his integrity, he never made me false promises. Chris picked up the pieces half way through my case and dedicated many, many hours navigating me through my very difficult custody case. Every appointment I had with him he asked how the children were doing and how they were handling things. He listened to my concerns and ALWAYS worked towards the best interests of the children. Chris is our attorney for settling child support and parenting plan. I cant say enough good things about his ability as an attorney! We recently had our case transferred from WA state to PA with Chris's assistance. He was able to have child support terminated for a 20 year old we were paying for, we fought WA state for 2 years and no results. Chris was able to have results within 30 days. We have custody of 2 boys in which the mother is supposed to pay support, she continues to hide income and is constantly late paying. Chris was able to find all her income and it is now deduct from her retirement check which means our boys get the support they need on time. Whenever we consult with Chris in his office or by email I feel a sense of relief after talking with him. Not only is he knowledgeable in the law but he shows you as a client compassion and understanding for your situation. I am a very protective parent when it comes to my boys I put their case in Chris's hands and am very confident they are well taking care of. He has protected my children's rights and gives them a voice! I have total faith in Chris's ability as an attorney! Our next step is to modify our parenting plan so that our boys have more of a say in their life as far as a visitation schedule goes. Chris is now and will be then our attorney. He will as in the past do an amazing job defending my boys rights! Chris gave us a huge victory in a very long battle. He gave us the confidence that we need to keep going with his help! On December 2013, I googled divorce & custody attornies. I contacted several attornies online or via phone. Chris responded to my online request that same day, around 7pm by phone. We discussed my separation & he was able to fit me into his schedule the next day. At his office, he explained my options as far as relocating the children. I had moved closer to work, which put me in a different school district & out side the allowable mile radius to relocate the children. He explained that our first objective was to secure a custody agreement, to ensure time with the children. I only had to visit Chris's office a few times, most communication was through email, to complete the custody agreement in February 2015. My divorce, settlement & name change was finalized June 2014. Everything was handled in a very timely fashion, without having to appear in court. In August 2014, after my divorce was official, Chris's work really came through when I asked him to assist in regaining custody of my two children. We first met in court in October 2014. We then met in January 2015 which lead to our one day custody trial in April 2015. Opposing counsel did not leave enough time for their side of the case to be heard, so an additional date was scheduled a month later, May 2015. At the end of the trial the Judge stated that he would review the case & get a ruling to our attorneys. Chris advised that we should receive a ruling in 7 - 10 business days. It took until mid August 2015 to receive a ruling. During this wait Chris's office went above & beyond, checking on the status of our case & keeping me informed. Once a ruling was released a full 51 page fax was sent to Chris's office. Chris was in court during this time but he was quick to call as soon as he had a moment. I appreciated the fact that he did not wait until he was back in the office to do so. I cannot thank his office enough & would recommend anyone to seek Chris Welch as their counsel for legal needs.

I was referred to Mr. Welch by an attorney who knows him professionally. Attorney Welch was highly recommended and even after just the initial visit, I could see why. I have been battling with a mortgage company who has refused to interact with me because my name was not on the loan, however it is on the dead, and the house has been in the family for years. My children are heartbroken and want to move home, yet my hands have been tied and it's been overwhelmingly frustrating to say the least. Christopher motioned the court to stop the sheriff sale of our beloved home and was successful.
