Zubin is awesome

Zubin Billimoria was attentive to my concerns and I truly felt like he was working for the best interest of me and my family. He listened to my concerns and helped me work toward an agreement in a timely manner without needing to go to court. I would recommend his services and would hire him again if needed.

Before getting married my wife and I started looking into the green card process. Initially, we felt overwhelmed at the sheer volume of paperwork required, and the high risk if our application were to be rejected. We reached out to Thomas Kauffman Law Offices after recommendation from a friend. Immediately, we were put in touch with Mr. Billimoria, their immigration specialist. Throughout the entire process Mr. Billimoria was exceptionally prepared, polite, friendly, and approachable. He even attended our interview, which went off without a hitch. I hired Zubin Billimoria to handle my custody case and could not have been happier with his performance. I had had some negative experience with non-communicative attorneys previously and was pleasantly surprised with how promptly he returned emails, phone calls, and text messages. Even occasionally on the weekends during his own PERSONAL time when a particular issue was really bothering me. He always took the time to explain every facet of every step that we were taking with the case and never made me feel like my questions and concerns weren't important. He also never shied away from telling me the truth about a situation, giving me his honest opinion about what he thought was possible and what the potential outcomes could be. I appreciated the honest and straightforward attitude that he brought to the table as I do not believe in sugarcoating a situation in order to foster unwarranted expectations. There was never a time when I didn't reasonably know what to expect with my case and never a time when I wasn't sure that my attorney would handle it with knowledge and tact. Zubin will not hesitate to go to bat for you on core issues but will also let you know whether he believes specific causes to be worth a significant fight or more of a situation that should be given some room for compromise. I have never been to or needed a lawyer but when it became necessary, I was so afraid of the entire process and it felt cold and overwhelming. Zubin was amazing! I live several hours away and he consulted with me by phone and again with my daughter and I in person. He was understanding and sincere. He explained the charges (underage and public drunkenness), along with the potential outcomes. He responded quickly to all of my email questions throughout the entire process. He was personable, but always professional. Ultimately, he worked out a deal for ARD that was more than we could initially hope for!
