I've worked with Chriswell Law Offices on many occasions for my multiple businesses. All work has always been completed promptly and professionally. Marshall offers great counsel in many things and he'll continue to provide legal services to my operations for many years to come.

My father and I purchased a house on the out skirts if Indiana, Pa and had Chriswell do all the legal paperwork. Everything was going fine, we had asked for updated information on the exact amount for the closing cost which he got to us fairly quickly. The day of closing in the office he comes in and says there was an error after 3 other people and another lawyer looked over paperwork half a dozen times and sent us the exact breakdown of the cost of the house 3 or 4 times that we were $1500.00 short because his ogfice made a mistake. He would not wave his fee because he did not feel that was necessary because he provided a service even though he messed up. So he basically is saying that even though I messed up I do not have to pay for my mistakes. I would NOT recommend this man to any one. He would not own up to the mistake other than saying there was an error.

We originally hired Marshall to represent us within a custody case, and as things drug on from the other side, we were always informed of new revelations and instructed on our best options at the time. While this case is still ongoing we also used them for our real estate transaction. Marshall and his staff made the process so easy and even caught mistakes made by the lender. We would certainly recommend this firm!

Works hard to try to get you what you want. Listens to his clients and is very understanding. His assistant is great as well. He is busy so sometimes takes awhile to get back, but would recommend to anyone. He did more for our property dispute then we ever expected.

I had a real estate transaction for my business with a deadline that kept being extended. When the closing finally happened, I was out of town and Marshall and his team helped keep the process going so we could complete the transaction. If it wasn't for that, the deal may have fallen through. He and his team did a lot of leg work for the transaction to make it smoother for myself. Thank you Marshall!

We wanted to purchase a summer home in PA and didn't want to have to use a Realtor, nor travel from FL. Mr. Chriswell handled everything over the phone with us from writing the contract and emailing it to us, to signing all of the documents and doing the closing! It was Great. His secretary was awesome as well!
