According to Mr. Fenter at Fenters law, they won my wifes case today in district court. He said it will be about a week to get copies of final judgement. I will say that Mr. Fenters himself always talked to us personally any time we contacted him with updates or inquiries, not a secretary or spokes person. He always contacted us himself personally almost immediately either by phone, text, or email as soon as he possibly could. The cost of his service was reasonable, and the whole situation from start to end was painless, minus the waiting for the court date. We hired him because he was relatively close to us, and when we sent our original inquiry for service, he himself personally e mailed us. When we replied to his first email to please give us a call and we gave him a number, he texted us to arrange a phone call. I was genuinley surprised when the phone rang on the agreed time and it wasn't a machine or secretary but Mr. Fenters himself. Upon talking to him, he talked to us person to person not like we were some type of insect, or something unpleasant that he could of stepped in, he didnt pass judgement, and most importantly he explained a bit of his history, and his process without once doubting our abilities or integrity. He didn't try to pressure us into hiring him, and his conversation seemed genuine in that we were not just a few more bucks to him we were people who these companies try to intimidate and take advantage of. We are a working, law abiding family, and from the first phone call, we placed full confidence in him. The end result shows that our confidence was not misguided, and Mr. Fenters himself only has to keep being a good person and keep doing what he is doing, which is keeping up his phenominal personality and taking pride in his successes, because his successes are also his clients successes.
