I felt like I wasn't taken seriously. I repeatedly told his secretary to call me if it was important. I would find important emails that I didn't see for a month, eventhough, I explained how I sometimes miss important emails. A doctors office made a mistake again & wrote the wrong code for services provided. I was told there wasn't anything the lawyer could do...well I fought & the hospital dropped the $1000.00 claim on my settlement. I didn't see all the medical professionals for which I was treated & I still haven't received my medical records, eventhough I sent a message. The worse part is, one of the medical providers weren't paid. A doctors office called me & said they weren't paid.

Mr. Madden handled my fathers case. He was very professional, responded very timely and went the extra mile for us. He explains the court process to wherr everything is under standable if you have no prior knowlegde to how the proceedings will go. He follows up even at 4am when pending bail. Emmett Madden is an attorney who will lay all the possible options of your case on the table. He explains the law without a lot of legal language that the average person may not understand. He is very knowledgeable and always accessible to his clients. He worked closely with the judge and district to resolve the case effectively and efficiently without additional delays that could have incurred additional fees. I found his fees to be more than reasonable for the services that he has provided compared to other attorneys I have consulted in the past who just seemed most interested in their retainer fee than obtaining the best resolution for the case. I will continue to recommended Mr. Madden's services to others as well as consult him for legal advice or use his referral of another attorney.
